Job Description
Job Overview The Inventory & Billing Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date inventory data for finished/saleable goods and ensuring that all inventory-related information is correctly reflected across internal systems, customer-facing platforms, and sales channels. This role also supports customer invoicing, billing accuracy, and related reporting. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management & Accuracy Maintain accurate inventory records for all finished/saleable goods Perform regular data reviews and validations to ensure accuracy and completeness Investigate and resolve discrepancies, including identifying root causes and implementing corrections Ensure inventory updates are completed consistently and in a timely manner (daily/ongoing) Monitor inventory flow and reflect real-time changes in availability Data Posting & Communication Publish updated inventory data to company website, sales platforms, and customer-facing materials Ensure all posted inventory information is accurate, current, and aligned with internal records Support sales team by providing reliable inventory data and updates Reporting & Analysis Generate and distribute regular inventory reports Review data outputs for accuracy prior to distribution Identify trends, inconsistencies, or risks within inventory data and communicate findings Billing & Invoicing Support Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner Review invoices for correctness, including pricing and quantities Make corrections as needed and ensure alignment with inventory data Support resolution of billing discrepancies Process Adherence & Documentation Follow established procedures for data management, including archiving (not deletion) of records Maintain organized and accessible documentation (e.g., reports, PDFs, historical records) Ensure all system tools and features are used appropriately and consistently Qualifications Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to understand and work with data systems and spreadsheets (including formulas) Analytical mindset with ability to investigate discrepancies Basic understanding of inventory flow and operational processes Ability to work independently and manage ongoing responsibilities
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:
