  • Job Description:
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized Warehouse Inventory Specialist to manage and oversee our warehouse inventory processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining efficient operations.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is replenished as needed.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records. 2.
  • Receiving and Shipping:
  • May be tasked to assist with the receiving process, including checking in shipments for accuracy and organizing inventory in the warehouse. 3.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory transactions using inventory management software.
  • Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, shortages, and overstock. 4.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to develop and implement best practices for inventory management and storage solutions.
  • Propose and implement improvements to streamline inventory processes and enhance efficiency. 5.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with the leadership teams to ensure seamless inventory flow and accuracy.
  • Communicate any inventory issues or discrepancies to management promptly. 6.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working in the warehouse environment.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of all inventory items to prevent damage and loss.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
  • Ability to drive heavy equipment
  • reach truck, forklift, cherry picker, EPJ's, and scissor lifts is required.
  • Working Conditions:
  • This position may require standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.
  • Work is primarily performed in a warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures.
Pay:
$19.00
  • $25.
00 per hour
