Cannabis Operations:

Treevana Powered by Sanctuary is seeking motivated, reliable, and adaptable Operations Technicians to support multiple areas of our cannabis operations. This unique cross-functional role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience across several departments within a highly regulated industry. As an Operations Technician, you will receive training and development opportunities in retail dispensary operations, cultivation, inventory management, transportation, and production support functions. This role provides a comprehensive understanding of the cannabis supply chain while creating opportunities for future advancement within the organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

Support daily operations across multiple departments as assigned. Assist with retail dispensary operations and customer service activities. Perform cultivation support functions including plant care, pruning, harvesting, sanitation, and facility maintenance. Assist with inventory control, product handling, packaging, labeling, and quality assurance processes. Support transportation and product transfer activities in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Follow all company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Participate in ongoing cross-training and professional development opportunities. Work collaboratively with leadership and team members to support operational goals. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in retail, warehouse, manufacturing, cultivation, logistics, transportation, inventory, or production environments preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to adapt and learn multiple operational functions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Ability to work in various environments including retail, cultivation, warehouse, and production facilities. Comfortable working in temperature-controlled, humid, and physically active environments.

Additional Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age. Must pass all required background checks and fingerprinting requirements. Must maintain compliance with all company policies and applicable state regulations. Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
