Duties Help As a General Supply Specialist, GS-2001-09 , you will: Perform analysis on a wide range of technical squadron functions by analyzing historical and current da and identifying deficiencies or potential problems during surveillances or staff assistance s. Evalue unexpected fluctuions or trends in stistics, resolves discrepancies, and makes recommendions for change when problems are identified th adversely affect operions. Perform analysis on current or potential problems identified by flight management. Compare supply performance and maintenance interface da with prescribed standards to identify the effectiveness of supply support. Perform in-depth research and special analyses and makes approprie recommendions for improvement. Facilite corrective measures when specific actions are required by other elements. Serve as the point of contact for all customer problems unresolved flight level. Utilizes computer software programs, spreadsheets, dabases and graphics to collect, organize, analyze, display, and/or brief management informion to customers and/or squadron management staff. Monitor inventory losses by analyses of inventory discrepancies, adjustments, and trends to ensure the integrity of the base resources management system. Receive incoming shipment discrepancy reports and evalues and performs analyses on incoming and outgoing reports to ensure the effectiveness of the Supply Discrepancy Report (SDR) program. NATIONAL GUARD MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED.

This is an Excepted Service position th requires membership in a compible military assignment in the employing ste's Nional Guard, required prior to the effective de of placement.
