Job Description
Parts Delivery Coordinator responsible for managing purchased parts delivery, supplier follow-up, inventory support, and production material availability for internal and external suppliers. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Management, or related field Relevant work experience accepted in place of degree Recent graduates considered Experience with computer-based data entry or tracking Proficiency with Microsoft Office Proficiency with Microsoft Excel Experience coordinating purchased parts delivery Experience supporting internal suppliers Experience supporting external suppliers Preferred Skills SAP experience Experience with inventory or parts in a manufacturing environment Experience working with suppliers Experience tracking supplier delivery status Experience supporting material availability for production Experience resolving parts delivery issues Responsibilities Manage purchased parts delivery for assigned locations Coordinate delivery activity with internal suppliers Coordinate delivery activity with external suppliers Track parts delivery status Follow up on purchased parts as needed Support inventory and parts availability in a manufacturing environment Communicate supplier delivery updates to internal teams Identify delivery issues and escalate as needed Support production needs through supplier and parts coordination
