Job Description

Job Title:
Supply Management Specialist II -
Supply Management Industry:

Duration:
1 year with a possible extension
Shift:
1st Shift - Flexible start time (between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities:
Support or lead sourcing strategy for specific commodities. Develop and manage suppliers for materials, parts, and services. Ensure quality, timely delivery, and consistent supplier performance. Handle critical shortages and prioritize supplier shipments. Use internal systems (like SAP) for supply planning and purchase order management. Analyze data, suggest improvements, and help drive corrective actions. Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure supply chain continuity.
What They're Looking For:
Someone with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook is a must. General understanding of manufacturing processes. SAP experience is preferred but not required . Good communication skills - both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and manage supplier relationships.
Education & Experience:
Associate's degree or equivalent education preferred. Around 7-12 months of relevant supply chain experience. Basic experience (4-6 months) in coordinating tasks or team efforts is a plus. IND_

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
