Warehouse Manager Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Specialist to manage and maintain accurate inventory levels across our warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring smooth production, order fulfillment, and overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working both physically in the warehouse and within inventory management systems. Key Responsibilities Perform daily inventory cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels Receive incoming inventory, verify quantities, and input data into the inventory system Monitor inventory levels and identify items that need to be reordered Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient inventory storage system Physically replenish inventory to designated locations for production and order fulfillment Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Communicate inventory issues, shortages, or risks to the Warehouse Manager Assist in improving inventory processes and accuracy Qualifications Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar role preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills (experience with inventory systems is a plus) Ability to lift and move materials as needed Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks What Success Looks Like Inventory accuracy is consistently high Stockouts are minimized or eliminated Warehouse remains clean and organized Inventory is always available where and when it's needed Compensation & Schedule $18-$21 per hour

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30
