Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Freezer specialist for our cold storage operations with energy and precision. In this vital role, you will oversee the daily management of the freezer section, ensuring optimal inventory control and safety compliance. Your leadership will drive team performance, streamline processes, and uphold the highest standards in wholesale management within a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills while contributing to a thriving wholesale operation focused on quality and efficiency. •A freezer suit is provided.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Saturday, 3:30 am to 1 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all activities within the freezer section, including stocking, inventory management, and quality assurance Oversee inventory control processes to minimize shrinkage and ensure accurate stock levels using our internal ERP system and inventory management tools Collaborate with purchasing and marketing teams to plan promotions, manage stock replenishment, and support sales goals Qualifications Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety compliance and customer service excellence Computer literacy a must Bilingual - Spanish/English is a must Previous experience using an endrider is a must Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management We offer a competitive salary, final offer dependent on experience, medical insurance, 401k with company match and life insurance after 90 days. Set schedule, paid holidays, and paid time off.
