In this vital role, you will oversee the efficient management of inventory, coordinate procurement activities, and support all types of physical security equipment. From access control, to safes, to car keys, to vintage locks. We are a solutions based company. We meet our clients where and when they need us. Your expertise will ensure seamless supply chain processes, accurate inventory control, and excellent customer service. Duties Greet customers and work with our team to create solutions for our customers. Cut keys with top of the line, easy to use, key machines. Service and Key locks for counter service and jobs in production. You will have a team around you as a resource. We need team players to get the right solutions. Manage inventory from order, to stock, to production. We use inventory management software to ensure our clients have the right solution. Coordinate procurement activities including sourcing OEM parts, negotiating prices, and managing supplier relationships Oversee shipping & receiving operations, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing of shipments Utilize automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical knowledge to assist with automotive key programming and cutting. Support demand planning by analyzing inventory trends and adjusting procurement strategies accordingly Prepare orders in production for large and small projects. Experience Mechanical skills are a big help. Lots of training in house. Everyday is different. Mechanical skills, communication skills, and teamwork are at the heart of our company. Helps to have experience in supply chain management, procurement management, or inventory control. Thousands of parts and equipment. Makes everyday different and interesting. Helps to have warehouse experience including shipping & receiving procedures. Helps to have a strong understanding of logistics, sourcing strategies, demand planning, and pricing negotiations.
