In this role, you will be responsible for managing the inventory control system, maintain product data, rectify miscalculations, review and analyze the results of operations, report findings to management and make recommendations for improvement as necessary.
Duties Research inventory discrepancies:
make the necessary changes in the warehouse management system when needed. Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and root cause analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Resolve inventory issues in a timely manner. Maintain inventory reports according to standard documentation and archiving procedures. Perform cycle counts Perform receiving functions in the ERP system Perform other duties as assigned. Skills Basic computer skills, including general familiarity of computer systems/typing . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Read English and Basic Math Skills.
Preferred skills and experience:
1 year experience in inventory control is preferred. Previous experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklift, reach truck, stock picker and scissor lift is preferred. Training can be provided if needed.
Pay:
From $19.50 per hour
