Own the Inventory. Midwest Washing Equipment (MWE) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to manage incoming materials, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organization. This role serves as the on-site eyes and ears for inventory while working closely with MWE's Procurement & Purchasing Manager. The successful candidate will help ensure production teams always have the materials they need to build industry-leading wash rigs and equipment. What You'll Do Receive and verify incoming shipments Inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage Accurately receive inventory into inventory management systems Label, organize, and stock inventory locations Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits Track shortages, backorders, and inventory discrepancies Issue materials to production teams Maintain warehouse and inventory organization Assist with shipping preparation and outgoing freight Communicate inventory concerns to Purchasing and Operations Support continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications ✔ Inventory, warehouse, receiving, or logistics experience ✔ Strong organizational skills ✔ Computer proficiency ✔ Ability to lift 50 lbs ✔ Excellent attention to detail ✔ Reliable attendance and positive attitude Preferred Qualifications ✔ Experience with inventory scanning systems ✔ QuickBooks inventory experience ✔ Forklift experience ✔ Manufacturing or production environment experience Benefits Competitive hourly pay PTO and paid holidays Career advancement opportunities
