Our optical lab is fast paced, complete with state-of-the-art equipment. At Dr. Tavel, our associates enjoy an atmosphere that encourages them to use their knowledge, experience, and skills to help shape our organization into one of the premier optical companies. We are seeking an Inventory and Audit Specialist for our Frame Department. The schedule is Monday-Friday. The general responsibilities for this position are to assist our optical lab in producing quality eyewear as well as providing great customer service to our retail offices. This position will primarily maintain inventory room stock levels.
Daily Responsibilities:
Check in and receive patient frames Maintain inventory room stock levels Order frames through external vendors Check in and receive frame stock Send replenishment stock to offices Respond to internal email communications Completing frame collection exchanges Use of Microsoft products including word, excel, outlook, teas, etc. You will be a
