Inventory Control Specialist Caliberr Staffing Jeffersonville, IN 47130 $23.75 - $28.60 an hour - Full-time $23.75 - $28.60 an hour - Full-time About the Role As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our warehouse operations. You will leverage your expertise in ERP systems to manage stock levels, oversee material movements, and ensure that our inventory data remains precise and reliable to support seamless production workflows. Responsibilities Execute daily inventory transactions within the ERP system to track inbound receipts, intercompany transfers, and internal material movements. Perform regular cycle counts and comprehensive audits to guarantee the integrity of physical stock against digital records. Manage the lifecycle of materials, including processing non-conforming items, handling destruction loads, and identifying expired inventory. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate reporting of SKU levels and sub-inventories. Optimize warehouse storage layouts and distribution processes to improve operational efficiency and maintain FIFO product rotation. Uphold rigorous safety standards, GMP compliance, and housekeeping protocols to foster a productive and secure work environment. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar manufacturing environment. Proficiency in navigating complex ERP systems for data entry and reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Preferred Skills Associate's Degree in a related field. 4+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations. Active forklift certification. Previous experience managing small projects or team initiatives.
