Inventory Controller

Inventory Controller Hutchinson, KS 67501 Full-time Full-time Agri Center is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to lead inventory performance across all locations. The Inventory Controller plays a critical role in supporting financial performance and operational discipline by maintaining clean, accurate, and well-managed inventory, protecting working capital, and driving efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

Lead inventory operations across all Agri Center locations, ensuring consistent processes, organization, and accountability Maintain ≥ 95% inventory accuracy through daily bin checks, discrepancy resolution, and routine audits Manage inventory performance, including achieving ≥ 2.5 turns, reducing aged/obsolete stock, and completing monthly obsolescence returns (1+ per location) Oversee purchasing and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective stocking, maximize discounts, and maintain accurate pricing systems Supervise shipping/receiving functions and partner with accounting on inventory reconciliation Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready inventory areas across all locations Additional duties as determined by senior management.

Work Environment:

Multi-location role with regular presence in parts, inventory, and shipping/receiving areas; occasional travel required

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in inventory control, parts management, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred Strong understanding of parts and accessories; agriculture or powersports parts preferred. Ability to multitask and effectively manage frequent interruptions and shifting priorities Proficient computer skills with the ability to quickly learn industry-specific software Highly organized with strong attention to detail and clear communication skills Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and a physical capacity test

Pay:
