Role:
Finished Goods Inventory Control Coordinator 2nd shift | 1:00-9:30 pm | Full-time A day in this role Your shift starts with new arrivals of finished signage. You'll verify each item against inventory records and customer-supplied GTRs, check print images to stock sizes, and tag, store, and stage products in the right finished goods locations. You'll move seamlessly from receiving to fulfillment—pulling IMS orders, confirming part numbers, promotions, and quantities—so customer commitments are met on time. Throughout the day, you'll maintain inventory accuracy: preparing counts, performing cycle counts on signage with fewer than 10 units (and all the way to the last sign), entering new signage when overage is purchased, and debiting GTRs promptly. You'll track down missing items from overage, ensure all excess is tagged and placed in each customer's designated rack, and relocate customer-supplied signage to the correct finished goods area. Communication keeps everything moving. You'll send Box approvals and IMS shortage emails, monitor Asset Manager for customer requests, and jump on special asks from Account Managers. If you spot damages, shortages, or discrepancies, you'll alert your supervisor or the warehouse manager right away and help resolve issues quickly. You'll also keep our space safe and efficient: operating compactors and baling machines (plus hand tools), maintaining the cleanliness of the material staging zone and broader warehouse, removing trash, and pitching in with other departments as needed. Accurate records, tidy files, and timely data entry round out your shift. What you'll handle Work from requisitions to pull and deliver finished signage and products Receive, inspect, verify correctness and quantities against inventory and customer GTRs Tag, store, and maintain control of all finished goods inventory Validate print image against stock size before release Prepare inventory, conduct cycle counts (especially
