Finished goods inventory for signage/products What you'll do Receive and inspect finished signage; confirm accuracy against inventory and customer GTRs Validate print images match stock sizes before storage or release Tag, store, and organize finished goods in designated locations Pull IMS orders; verify part numbers, promotions, and quantities Perform inventory prep and cycle counts, with special attention to items under 10 units Enter new signage when overage is purchased; debit GTRs promptly Manage overage: tag correctly and rack by customer; investigate any missing items Handle customer-supplied signage and relocate remaining pieces to the proper FG area Process reship orders quickly and accurately Send Box approval and IMS shortage emails as needed Monitor Asset Manager for incoming customer requests Maintain records, files, and data entry for materials received/issued Operate compactors, baling machines, and hand tools; keep staging/warehouse areas clean Communicate issues to your supervisor or warehouse manager; assist other departments when needed What you'll bring Inventory Management & Control proficiency Ability to read, speak, and understand English Comfort using warehouse equipment and common hand tools Accuracy, urgency, and clear communication Why GSP Be part of a company dedicated to innovation in retail Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams Grow your fulfillment and inventory expertise in a high-impact setting Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance
