Warehousing & distribution
Quality & inventory specialist
Communicates and coordinates inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily ? so that supervisors can assign necessary product, equipment, and human resources needed to complete schedule.
Provides daily written and electronic copies of analysis and statistics of inventory count and quality audits results.
Spot audit unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping personnel for all accounts and documents the results in an Excel spreadsheet.
Interacts with supervisors to help identify trends, processes, or people that require corrective action.
Read and respond to all emails in a timely fashion.
Other duties as assigned experience 0-1 years skills Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma/GED required.5 or more years of related work experience.5 or more years of industry related experience preferred. qualifications QualificationsForklift experienceProven experience in inventory control within a warehouse distribution or supply chain environment.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems.
