This position starts at training pay of $18 an hour, and for the right person, plenty of room for growth and advancement. We also offer the following perks: Health, Dental, & Vision 50% Contribution for all staff 401k Plan Birthday gifts Uniforms shirts and jackets are provided Company paid group outings Client & Employee Referral Bonuses Proactive training and development programs Parking Reimbursement What We Actually Do While our company offers a range of services, our South Louisiana office has a laser focus on providing outsourced inventory control. Our inventory auditors currently work with 90+ of the best high-volume bars, restaurants, and nightclubs in Louisiana. Most of your time will be spent in our clients' restaurants and bars counting & weighing liquor bottles/kegs, entering sales and invoice information, and finding out what happened after our clients' week has completed.
Qualifications:
Physically able to count and move inventory, accurately and quickly. A full keg weighs up to 165 lbs. Have your own transportation and a current driver's license. An early riser, the workday starts at 6am. Polite & professional verbal & written communication skills. Sense of urgency

Responsibilities:
Arrive on site on time ready to work Fully count client locations within benchmark times using provided equipment Lift & move kegs according to our health and safety standards Complete all training material allocated for your role within 2 weeks. Complete all training material for the Senior Assistant role within your first 6 weeks. Follow the Barmetrix process for all jobs that you perform Take notes regarding all issues found during the audit using the preferred note taking method. Update count section of venue notes for clients that you count for your account manager Assist Account Manager / Auditor with double checking counts. Why Work Here?
