In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels within our cannabis operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting efficient warehouse processes. Your expertise in supply chain management, inventory control, and data analytics will be essential to optimize stock levels, streamline procurement, and enhance overall warehouse performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing industry while applying your skills in logistics, materials handling, and process improvement. Responsibilities Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms such as AS400 or similar systems. Monitor stock levels of cannabis products, ensuring accurate categorization and proper storage conditions in compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate with procurement teams to facilitate sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management for timely replenishment of inventory. Utilize data mining, visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, and analytics to identify trends, root causes of stock issues, and opportunities for process improvements. Manage shipping & receiving operations, including order fulfillment, materials handling, and logistics coordination with third-party logistics providers (3PL). Perform regular analysis of inventory data to support demand planning, stocking strategies, and category management initiatives. Ensure adherence to safety standards during materials handling activities such as heavy lifting or forklift operation. Assist in developing procurement contracts and negotiating pricing with suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards. Support warehouse distribution activities by implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Collect data related to sales trends from retail or e-commerce platforms like Nielsen or other sources to inform inventory decisions. Experience Proven experience in warehouse management or inventory control within a regulated environment such as cannabis or pharmaceuticals. Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including procurement, sourcing, demand planning, and logistics management. Demonstrated ability in data analysis skills using tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms for data visualization and reporting. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems (such as AS400), and materials management software is essential. Experience operating forklifts or other materials handling equipment is preferred; certification is a plus. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions for stock discrepancies or process inefficiencies. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications & Physical Requirements Age Restriction:
Must be 21 years of age or older (state law).
Licensing:
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check to obtain a state-required Cannabis Agent ID.
Inventory Experience:
1+ years of Inventory experience preferred; cannabis retail experience is a major plus.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand and move about the location for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 50 lbs.
Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with cannabis POS platforms (e.g., Dutchie) and compliance-minded workflows is highly desirable.
Schedule Flexibility:
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
