Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team and drive excellence in ensuring compliance and a well organized vault. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, and ensuring seamless stock control. Your expertise in data analysis, category management, and logistics will be essential to maintaining efficient inventory flow, reducing costs, and supporting overall business growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to an environment where your analytical skills and supply chain knowledge will make a tangible impact. Duties Oversee inventory management processes across, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in stock levels. Conduct root cause analysis to identify discrepancies, shortages, or excess stock. Collaborate with the General Manager and procurement specialist on sourcing strategies, negotiations with suppliers, and contract management to optimize pricing and supply terms. Lead category management initiatives by analyzing market trends and supplier performance to enhance sourcing strategies. Gather data for continuous process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency within our Vault operations and inventory control. Requirements Proven experience in supply chain management with a strong understanding of warehouse distribution, procurement, and inventory control principles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform data mining, root cause analysis, financial analysis, and demand planning. 1-2 years of METRC and Dutchie experience and knowledge are required. Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary while adhering to safety standards. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
