Warehouse Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Specialist to join our logistics team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee inventory control, optimize warehouse distribution processes, and ensure seamless supply chain operations. Manage and monitor inventory levels using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and root cause analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with logistics providers and 3PL partners for shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and materials handling to ensure timely delivery and optimal stocking levels. Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing warehouse operations, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency through lean methodologies or supply chain analytics. Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or supply chain management within a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of warehouse management systems. Skilled in materials handling equipment operation such as forklifts; certification preferred. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong communication skills for collaborating across departments.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
