Our mission for over 38 years is to combine innovative technologies and services to help our clients succeed in their mission goals. We are seeking motivated seasonal employees to provide asset inventory support for Baltimore City Public Schools. In this role, you will identify, scan, and transport technology devices while maintaining accurate records. The project is expected to run from mid-June through August, with the potential for extension based on business needs and individual performance. All candidates must successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify, sort, and box technology devices. Distinguish between equipment types, such as Chromebooks and laptops. Scan devices using handheld scanners. Update Excel spreadsheets in real time. Travel between Baltimore City schools to collect devices. Deliver scanned devices to a designated central location.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 16 years old. Reliable transportation is required. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and teamwork skills. Familiarity with the Baltimore City area is preferred. Ability to lift and carry 20-30 pounds of equipment. Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
