Job Description

This vacancy is for a GS-2010-12, Supervisory Inventory Management Specialist located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, SFLC
LRE SUPPLY SECTION 2 -SFLC-LRE-SUPP-2
in Baltimore, MD.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
You MUST meet the following requirements: To qualify at the GS- 12 grade level, your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) full year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. Examples of specialized experience include performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis. Managing a staff of workers performing technical, intensive, integrated management of material encompassing one or more groups of classes of items such as major items - military and commercial, secondary items, repair parts maintenance components, tools sets, and public issue item assemblies. Reviewing reports, plans and schedules to determine material support requirements Controlling the issue and return of repairable major components/subassemblies, scheduling repairs, and monitoring the repairs.
