Quick Servant has three locations in the tri-state area with the main office being located in Columbia, MD. About the Role We are hiring a reliable and detail‑oriented Fleet & Inventory Specialist to support our vehicle fleet and inventory operations. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in inventory control, fleet coordination, maintenance tracking, or purchasing . You ll play a vital role in keeping vehicles operational, parts inventory accurate, and records up to date. What You ll Do Maintain and manage parts and equipment inventory for company vehicles and tools Perform inventory audits and ensure accurate tracking and documentation Assist with fleet vehicle transfers , assignments, and internal records Support vehicle maintenance and repair scheduling to minimize downtime Track inventory usage, reorder points, and discrepancies Create and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel and inventory databases Communicate with internal teams regarding inventory availability and vehicle status Organize inventory storage areas and ensure compliance with safety standards Qualifications Experience in inventory management, purchasing, warehouse operations, or fleet support preferred Understanding of inventory control principles and data accuracy best practices Strong computer skills with Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking, reporting) Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to lift and move heavy parts or supplies , as required In addition to top wages, Quick Servant offers a complete benefits package and additional perks including: 100% company paid Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid major holidays.
