Your day will include:

Offering technical support and product selection guidance in person, by phone, and email Processing and entering customer orders Helping customers with questions about welder training, cylinder balances, parts look-up, order status, billing, and more Making sure every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care What we're looking for: A positive, solutions-focused communicator Someone who enjoys working with people and building relationships Welding experience so that you can understand the customer's need
