Inventory Materials Specialist

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Inventory / Materials Specialist positions in Bangor, ME. Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records, locations, and transactions using inventory management systems and data entry tools
• Perform cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy and reduce discrepancies
• Investigate inventory variances (shortages, overages, shrinkage) and conduct root cause analysis with corrective actions
• Safely perform material handling and movement using a forklift, including barstock, forgings, and other raw materials

Requirements:

• Experience with inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and data entry accuracy
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes, cycle counting, and reconciliation
• Forklift experience (Forktruck operation) with ability to safely move materials
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams

Pay:

$34.21/hour
