Job Description

Quirk Chevrolet of Portland is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory Control/Warehouse Specialist to join our Parts Department. If you're organized, motivated, and ready to grow with a well-established dealership, we'd love to meet you. 🔧 Responsibilities include: Monitor and maintain current inventory levels Track parts orders and investigate discrepancies or delays Collaborate with the Parts Manager to locate out-of-stock items Ensure timely turnaround of parts needed for service jobs Process and document parts returns Review and process invoices for approval and payment Verify parts and accessories availability for resale Perform routine data entry and clerical tasks Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile stock Follow all company safety policies and procedures ✅
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Ability to lift and move parts (up to 50 lbs.) Strong attention to detail Basic computer skills Previous parts or inventory experience preferred Team player with a positive, dependable attitude 💼
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Saturday as required 🎁
