In this pivotal role, you will oversee inventory control, optimize warehouse distribution processes, and ensure seamless storage and delivery of homeowners belongings. Your expertise will help streamline storage management, enhance data-driven decision-making, and support our commitment to operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where innovation and process improvement are valued. Responsibilities Manage inventory levels through accurate management of our warehouse space using our inventory system. Coordinate warehouse distribution activities, including shipping & receiving, delivery fulfillment, and materials handling to ensure timely delivery and storage accuracy. Conduct root cause analysis to identify inventory discrepancies or storage bottlenecks, implementing effective solutions for continuous process improvement. Utilize demand planning and supply chain analytics to optimize stocking strategies, reduce excess inventory, and improve product availability. Utilize your logistic management experience to control inventory management, and logistics planning. Oversee warehouse management system (WMS) operations and ensure compliance with safety standards such as pallet jack operation and heavy lifting protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain management, or warehouse distribution roles with a strong understanding of materials management and logistics processes. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, AS400), warehouse management systems (WMS), SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and other data analytics tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform financial analysis, demand forecasting, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives. Knowledge of procurement practices including sourcing, negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration. Hands-on experience with shipping & receiving operations, materials handling equipment such as forklifts, and compliance with safety regulations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments including merchandising, retail management, and third-party logistics providers (3PL). Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
