Job Overview This position primarily involves pulling/putting part orders and occasional warehouse responsibilities, and can lead to other positions within the company. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Specialist to join our team. The Inventory Specialist will collaborate with various departments to enhance inventory efficiency and contribute to overall operational success. Reliable work attendance is vital as most parts processing is done on an order/scheduled basis. Typical work schedule is one shift Mon-Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm. Duties Pull parts for orders and repair order requests. Put stock orders away Fork truck loading and unloading (eligible for training) Utilize a PC based laser tag system warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate records of inventory movements. Actively Manage inventory levels through effective tracking and monitoring to prevent stockouts or overstock situations based on usage history. Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure data integrity and accuracy in inventory reporting. Analyze inventory data for trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement. Requirements and Skills Ability to regularly lift and/or manipulate weighted packages up to 50 lbs. Able to safely drive fork trucks and complete safe training course. Possess good written and verbal skills for transit communications. Have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. NDA/NC required. Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse distribution, or order fulfillment operations. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
