Central Supply Assistant The Orchards is currently seeking a Medical Records & Central Supply Clerk to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Central Supply Clerk to manage the facility's medical supplies and maintain accurate records. This dual-role position supports both clinical and administrative operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with healthcare standards.
Responsibilities:
Central Supply Duties:
Order, receive, and inventory medical and office supplies. Distribute supplies to appropriate departments and ensure timely restocking. Maintain accurate records of supply usage and inventory levels. Work with vendors to manage orders and resolve discrepancies. Ensure supply storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in supply inventory preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency with computers, filing systems, and basic inventory software. Ability to lift and move supply boxes (up to 40 lbs).
