What You'll Do You will help maintain the presentation, organization, and operational flow of one of the region's top Mercedes-Benz dealerships. This role plays a critical part in inventory operations, dealership appearance, and overall customer experience.
Responsibilities Include:
Maintain a clean, organized, and professionally presented dealership lot Ensure all vehicles are properly grouped, stocked, and inventory-ready Keep showroom and display areas fully stocked and visually organized Organize back-lot inventory based on vehicle class and operational needs Check in, stock, and track incoming inventory units Prepare outgoing dealer-trade vehicles accurately and efficiently Coordinate vehicle movement throughout dealership operations Assist with wholesale vehicle movement and auction logistics Support valet coordination, wash runs, and operational flow during busy periods Assist with snow removal and seasonal operational needs as required Maintain a premium luxury dealership appearance at all times What Success Looks Like Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Strong sense of accountability, urgency, and follow-through Takes pride in maintaining a clean and professional dealership environment Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude Able to multitask while maintaining organization and operational efficiency Confident operating and maneuvering vehicles safely Comfortable working outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions Coachable and open to feedback, training, and development Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Hiring Process Our hiring process is designed to move quickly while identifying professionals who align with our standards, work ethic, and dealership culture.
