Job Description

Position Summary The Inventory & Fulfillment Specialist supports the efficient and accurate processing of product orders within a regulated cultivation and manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for picking, packaging, labeling, and preparing orders for delivery in compliance with state regulations and company standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires strict adherence to compliance procedures. Key Responsibilities Order Processing & Packaging Pick and assemble orders for wholesale, retail, and internal transfers according to daily fulfillment schedules. Weigh, package, and label product. Ensure all packaging meets state compliance requirements for labeling, child resistance, and product integrity. Compliance & Inventory Maintain accurate counts and documentation for all fulfilled orders. Use METRC, CANIX or other seed-to-sale tracking systems to record product movements, adjustments, and package creation. Ensure proper inventory rotation (FIFO) and report discrepancies to supervisors immediately. Quality & Standards Inspect products for quality, consistency, and compliance prior to packaging or shipment. Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with facility SOPs and sanitation standards. Follow all company and regulatory guidelines related to handling, storage, and transportation. Shipping & Logistics Prepare orders for delivery, including boxing, labeling, and verifying manifests. Coordinate with the distribution or transportation team to ensure orders are ready for scheduled pick-ups. Assist with maintaining proper storage and security of finished goods. Assist Inventory and Fulfillment Manager, Post-Production, and Cultivation departments as needed. Qualifications Required Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfortable working in a highly regulated environment with strict compliance rules. Ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods. 21 years of age or older Must pass a background check and fingerprint process prior to hire Preferred • Previous service industry and/or customer service experience. • Flexible and able to adapt to new tasks quickly. Work Environment Fast-paced production and fulfillment environment. Exposure to strong smells, varying temperatures, and agricultural/processing equipment.
