Experience in production scheduling, inventory control, and purchasing in a manufacturing environment. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on demand, capacity, and material availability. Issue, release, track, and close manufacturing work orders in Sage X3, ensuring accurate bills of material, routings, and material usage. Monitor raw materials, workinprocess, and finished goods inventory to maintain optimal inventory levels and support production flow. Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy. Execute purchasing activities including requisitions, purchase orders, supplier followup, and delivery tracking within Sage X3. Maintain accurate item master data, lead times, and planning parameters. Identify shortages, coordinate expediting efforts, and communicate priorities to minimize production disruptions.
