IT Deployment Inventory Specialist Primary Talent Partners•4.5 Mounds View, MN Job Details Contract $20•$25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Order shipping High school diploma or GED Shipping and receiving inventory management Full Job Description Primary Talent Partners has a 12 month contract opening for an IT Deployment Inventory Specialist to join a multinational medical device company for an onsite position operating out of Mounds View, MN.
Pay:
$20.00/hr•$25.00/hr based on experience and academia
Contract:
12 months, extensions likely, conversion possible

W-2, cannot support C2C or provide visa sponsorship
Onsite:
Onsite in Mounds View, MN•local candidates only Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Help prep iPads. This includes applying barcodes, putting them in cases and enrolling/updating the software Fulfill shipments to field reps using FedEx Ship Manager Ensure that inventories are secure, properly identified and readily accessible to authorized personnel. Maintain controls over various types of inventories (e.g., raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods). Conduct physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records. Ensure that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct. Conduct analyses of inventory levels and coordinates with production and sales requirements. Will be involved in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or storage of products in distribution center. Provides support in distribution efforts including assembly, processing, packaging, and/or distribution of company products. May set up equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. Reports any malfunctions or abnormalities in devices/workflows and recommends solutions/adjustments to methods and processes.
Qualifications :
College degree preferred; High School Diploma required 2+ years of experience in inventory management and shipping. The ideal candidate will have experience with FedEx Ship Manager, SalesForce.com, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
