What You'll Do Execute daily cycle counts with a high level of accuracy and accountability Organize, straighten, and maintain product lines to ensure efficient warehouse flow Verify overstock quantities and confirm correct product locations across zones, aisles, and bins Support product line transitions, including restrings, relocations, and new product placement Review and validate inventory adjustments, including recounts and quantity changes Scan and transfer stock and special order parts between totes (maintaining safety standards under 50 lbs.) Partner with warehouse leadership and front office teams to align on incoming/outgoing product lines Proactively plan for vendor returns, product changeovers, and inventory shifts Identify and resolve discrepancies to maintain inventory integrity What We're Looking For Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred (we will train the right candidate) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Solid communication skills and a proactive mindset Ability to follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement Why Join Us?
