Warehouse and Inventory Fulfillment Specialist Compensation:

Non-exempt/Full-Time Position Summary Matsuura Machinery USA is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Warehouse and Inventory Fulfillment Specialist to support warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping logistics, and ERP system coordination. This is not a basic warehouse position. We are looking for someone who is organized, mechanically minded, dependable, and capable of growing into a larger operations role over time. The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing physical warehouse responsibilities with computer-based inventory management, logistics coordination, and customer support. This role works closely with service, parts, purchasing, and management teams to ensure accurate inventory control and timely shipment of critical machine tool components throughout North America. Key Responsibilities Manage inventory transactions and cycle counts within Syteline ERP Perform physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies Receive inbound shipments and verify quantity, condition, and accuracy Pull, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Coordinate freight shipments, courier pickups, and export documentation Apply HTS codes and assist with import/export compliance Operate forklift and safely move inventory throughout the warehouse Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and accurate part locations Assist with parts quoting, order processing, and customer support Read and interpret BOMs, part breakdowns, and technical documentation Coordinate with service and operations teams to prioritize urgent machine-down shipments Assist with inventory planning and continuous process improvements Help implement better organization, inventory accuracy, and warehouse efficiency initiatives Support general warehouse operations including staging, labeling, packaging, and materials handling Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or parts operations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using ERP systems; Syteline experience strongly preferred Forklift experience preferred (certification not required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Experience with shipping, freight coordination, or international logistics preferred Ability to read BOMs, technical documentation, or mechanical part information is a plus Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently Strong communication and problem-solving skills Mechanically inclined mindset preferred What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in operations and inventory management — not someone looking for a temporary warehouse job.
