You will work closely with different teams within Operations on data collection, analysis, and projects. This position works in the Shipping & Distribution area. It is important that we ship the correct product to the correct customer on-time. Although Shipping is the final stop before an order ships from our facility, we represent the first impression for the hearing professional or the end-user of the order. - Audit import/export transactions & AES records including agent filed exports
- Classify products for import/export with HTUS and/or ECCN codes
- Maintain records consistent with
CBP & FDA
requirements- Confirm license requirements (identify controlled product, and/or the applicability of license exception or NLR with Commerce Control List (CCL) and Country List
- Address compliance gaps and risks
- Track & trace assigned shipments
- Maintain & expand carrier relationships
- Review, approve, and audit freight invoices
- Perform a variety of functions within
Operations:
a. Data collection and analysis b. Inventory planning c. New product introduction d. On-time delivery investigation e. Working on lean projects (CI, A3, Kaizen, etc.) Competencies (Knowledge and Skills needed for this position.)- Work individually in a team environment

Desired Qualifications Required Education:
High School Diploma/GED Required Preferred Education:
- Bachelor's degree
Experience:
- Import/export regulations and trade compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Required to drive forklift, EPJ, Order Picker daily.
- 2+ years of experience in Shipping & Distribution pertaining to International Trade Compliance preferred
- Reconciliation experience preferred
- Experience with Lean tools & EOS preferred
