Job Description

Is This You? You love the rhythm of a well-run warehouse. You spot the right part on the right shelf, pack it like a pro, and keep systems up to date so nothing slows down production. If accuracy, speed, and teamwork motivate you, you'll thrive as our Inventory Fulfillment and Shipping Specialist. What You'll Handle Pull items from designated storage locations based on work orders or verbal direction. Confirm item details and exact quantities against order specs before moving forward. Pack materials in the correct containers with the right protective materials to avoid damage. Produce shipping labels, verify addresses, and complete all shipping paperwork. Work with carriers to get packages out the door on time. Visually inspect products during pick/pack to catch defects or mismatches. Update the inventory management system; report any shortages or overages quickly. Team up to hit daily shipping goals and maintain production flow. Assist with additional tasks that advance team goals and project milestones. What Makes You Successful Comfort with repetitive motions handling lightweight parts (up to 10 lbs per part). Reliable time management and deadline ownership. Collaborative, respectful communication style. Ability to read and follow written instructions in an operations manual. Where You'll Work and When On site in Hazelwood, MO. This is a full-time role, approximately 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with occasional adjustments in hours to align with project needs.
