What You'll Do:

Inventory Management ✅ Conduct daily inventory checks and ensure vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for customers. ✅ Oversee reconditioning activities, including touch-ups, interior detailing, and minor repairs. ✅ Coordinate with vendors and manage parts inventory for smooth vehicle preparation. ✅ Keep the lot looking sharp—arrange vehicles to create an inviting and professional display. ✅ Track vehicles needing photos and ensure they are uploaded promptly. ✅ Monitor and manage vehicle keys to maintain security and accountability. Sales Support ✅ Assist the sales team during busy hours—greet customers, arrange test drives, and present vehicles. ✅ Help customers find the right car that fits their needs and budget. ✅ Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure a smooth leasing process. ✅ Work with the BDC team to follow up on appointments and maintain strong customer relationships. Customer Experience ✅ Ensure vehicles ready for customer visits. ✅ Provide outstanding service and follow up to build customer loyalty and referrals. ✅ Stay informed about dealership promotions, services, and inventory.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in inventory management, logistics, or automotive operations preferred. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required!
