In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and preparing materials used in manufacturing. Your accuracy and organization will directly impact production schedules, inventory integrity, and customer satisfaction. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and being an essential part of a fast-paced team, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Pull and prepare foam, fabric, and leather materials for scheduled production and slot-in jobs Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming material shipments Identify and report inventory shortages, overages, and discrepancies Inspect materials for damage, missing components, and receiving errors Accurately label materials with job numbers, yardage, product information, part codes, and receipt dates Organize and store inventory in designated locations for easy access and efficient workflow Process customer-owned materials and complete required documentation for Customer Service Maintain accurate records by submitting packing lists with verified counts and storage locations Conduct inventory cycle counts and spot audits to ensure inventory accuracy Roll, track, and store excess materials after job completion Maintain a clean, organized, and safe inventory area Communicate inventory concerns, material issues, and safety hazards to management What We're Looking For Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, material handling, or manufacturing preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills; inventory software experience is a plus Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with production and customer service teams Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift Ability to lift, pull, roll, and move foam, fabric, and related materials as needed Comfortable working in a warehouse and production environment Why You'll Like This Role Play a key role in supporting daily production operations Work with a team that values accuracy, organization, and accountability Stable, hands-on position with opportunities to learn and grow Make a direct impact on efficiency, quality, and customer success every day

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
