Inventory Specialist

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-driven ICAT Inventory Specialist to join our contents team. This role is responsible for accurately documenting, tracking, and managing customer belongings during packout, cleaning, storage, and packback. If you like structure, organization, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do:

Create detailed inventories of contents using ICAT software Photograph, label, and document items during packout Ensure accuracy of item descriptions, quantities, and room locations Maintain organization of contents in warehouse and vault storage Track movement of items from packout through packback Assist with audits and resolve inventory discrepancies Work closely with field technicians and management to keep jobs moving smoothly

What We're Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and organization skills Comfortable using technology, tablets, and inventory software Ability to stay focused in fast-paced, sometimes messy environments Good communication skills with team members and leadership Ability to lift and move contents as needed Previous restoration, moving, or inventory experience is a plus but not required

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time Competitive hourly pay based on experience Monday -

Friday Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
