Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY
Provide timely and accurate entry of data into D365. Investigate and resolve discrepancies noted during the counting process. Various projects and analysis performed as situations arise.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Issue and perform cycle count activities for assigned areas 2. Process scrap reporting from production orders 3. Investigation and entry of adjusting entries to D365 4. Maintain auditable documentation for all cycle count and inventory adjustment activities

Experience and Education Required Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma Desired requirements:
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Work effectively with all levels of the organizational structure
  • Self starter requiring little supervisory oversight, but seeking it when needed
  • Must be able to adapt to changes and accept challenges as an integral part of the position
  • Excellent awareness of an attention to detail Reasoning Ability
  • Must be able to recognize situational abnormalities and logically follow their paths to determinations of source and cure.
  • Must by comfortable in problem solving and decision-making situations
  • Prioritize and complete work as needed and assigned

Must be able to do some walking, bending, and stretching to successfully investigate inventory problems in locations. Unbroken periods of standing and/or sitting, unbroken periods of data entry Some lifting (up to 50 lbs) may occasionally be required
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Most duties will be performed in an office environment, but duties will often require periods spent in ambient chemical manufacturing and warehousing environments.
