02/24/2026 Supply Clerk Fort Bragg, North Carolina ATS is looking for a qualified Supply Clerk to support the Special Operations Mission Training Center Facility at Fort Bragg, NC.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day supply and clerical support for the Special Operations Mission Training Center, ensuring accurate receipt, issue, storage, and tracking of materials and equipment. Execute supply transactions using GCSS-Army (GCSS-A), including data entry, documentation, record updates, and inventory tracking in accordance with Army supply regulations and procedures. Maintain supply records and accountability documentation, including hand receipts, inventory logs, files, and supporting documentation required for audits and inspections. Support inventory management activities, including cyclic inventories, spot checks, reconciliation of discrepancies, and reporting of shortages, damages, or losses. Coordinate material handling and distribution, ensuring timely delivery, proper storage, and secure handling of government property and sensitive items. Provide customer-facing supply support, responding to requests from supported personnel, communicating supply status, and maintaining professional service standards. Safeguard sensitive and classified materials and information, performing duties in compliance with Secret clearance requirements and applicable security policies.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma. Five years of experience in one of the following positions: material recording clerk, production clerk, stock clerk, material and product inspector, or military automated logistical specialist. Basic computer skills. Clerical skills such as typing, filing, and record keeping. Communication skills. One year of experience using Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A).
SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of the Army Supply System and Army supply regulations.

Personnel work closely with military leadership, government representatives, contractors, and visiting units, often in a dynamic environment with frequent schedule changes, after-hours requirements, and surge operations. The position requires strict adherence to Army physical security policies, discretion when handling sensitive information, constant attention to detail, and a strong customer-service mindset while operating within controlled access areas and under Secret-level security clearance requirements.
