Required Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Specialist to join a fast-paced warehouse operation. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Important:
Candidates must have recent, hands-on inventory experience with a strong background in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and cycle counting . Key Responsibilities Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records Conduct manual product counts in high-volume locations Ensure all inventory discrepancies are researched and resolved promptly Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track, update, and maintain inventory data Follow and enforce quality assurance processes and procedures Stage and organize materials within designated warehouse areas Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other tools as needed Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within warehouse systems Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency Required Qualifications Recent experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or inventory management (REQUIRED) Strong experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and 50+ lbs. occasionally Ability to move materials up to 500 lbs. using carts or equipment Comfortable standing, walking, and working throughout the shift
