Central Supply - Full-Time Litchford Falls Health & Rehabilitation Center - Litchford Falls, NC "Care Beyond Compare" Are you organized, dependable, and passionate about making a difference behind the scenes in healthcare? At Litchford Falls Health & Rehabilitation Center , we are seeking a full-time Central Supply team member to join our dedicated staff and help support quality care through effective inventory and supply management.

Position Summary:

As a Central Supply staff member, you will be responsible for overseeing the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment throughout our facility. You'll work closely with nursing and other departments to ensure staff have the resources they need to provide exceptional resident care.

Key Responsibilities:

Order and maintain inventory of medical, office, and housekeeping supplies Accurately receive, unpack, and label supplies and equipment Track inventory levels and usage to avoid shortages or overstock Distribute supplies efficiently to appropriate departments and nursing units Coordinate with vendors and monitor timely deliveries Maintain a clean and organized central supply area Assist with equipment tracking and preventive maintenance coordination Support compliance with infection control and facility protocols

Schedule:

Full-Time Monday through Friday Flexible schedule required (occasional variation in hours to meet supply needs)

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a healthcare or long-term care supply role strongly preferred Knowledge of medical supplies and equipment helpful Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift and move boxes/supplies as needed Basic computer and inventory system knowledge Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
