We operate as a lean, agile team where operational precision is the backbone of our growth trajectory. We are looking for an Inventory & E-Commerce Operations Specialist to take full ownership of our stock integrity and data accuracy. Having excellent computer skills is critical, including familiarity with automations and data analytics. In this role, you will be the primary point of truth for our inventory. You'll ensure that our internal data reflects our physical holdings with absolute precision, enabling seamless fulfillment and providing leadership with the insights needed for strategic scaling. This is a critical position for a professional who prefers a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining a gold-standard operational workflow. Key Responsibilities 1.
Inventory Control, Reporting, & Data Integrity System Auditing & Counting:
Drive accuracy through counts and reconciliation: weekly cycle counts and monthly global counts
Inventory Reporting:
Compile and present reconciliation data and key metrics to management to guide strategic decision-making.
Fulfillment Operations:
Oversee the accurate staging and retrieval of devices for wholesale and retail orders to ensure on-time dispatch.
Compliance & Loss Prevention:
Execute data validation audits for ISO/R2 compliance and investigate inventory discrepancies to mitigate loss.
SKU Management:
Verify and maintain SKU accuracy for new products and variations across all integrated systems and automations 2. E-commerce Customer Experience and Operational Support Technical Customer Service (Approx. 10 Hours/Week): Engage with customers via online platforms to resolve inquiries and manage returns (both customer exchanges and refunds). A strong foundational knowledge of mobile phone operations (iOS/Android) is required to provide competent, effective support.
Channel Reconciliation:
Perform regular inventory checks to ensure listed quantities and device statuses are accurate across all e-commerce sales channels. Quality Control (QC): Execute targeted Quality Control checks on processed devices, reporting discrepancies to management to maintain product integrity. 3.
Fulfillment Support:
Provide vital support to the shipping department during high-volume periods.
Candidate Profile Flexible:
Understands that the needs of a growing business change frequently, flexible with shifting responsibilities
Accountable:
Takes ownership of outcomes, committed to reliable execution and accurate reporting.
Detail-Oriented:
Possesses the meticulous attention to detail necessary for inventory and data management.
Analytical:
Capable of recording and pulling necessary data to present clear reports to management. Extensive experience with spreadsheets and inventory software. Quickly understand how various databases and online channels are connected.
Resourceful:
Capable of balancing multiple, high-priority tasks and eager to learn various operational systems.
Tech Savvy :
Familiar with Apple and Android devices, a variety of computer software, and a quick learner of new technology. AI or automation experience is ideal.
