Parts Inventory Associate - Body Shop Modern Toyota Body Shop | [City, State] Modern Toyota Body Shop is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Parts Inventory Associate to join our growing team. This role is essential to keeping our collision center running efficiently by managing parts inventory, supporting technicians, and maintaining a clean and organized shop environment. What You'll Do Parts & Inventory Management Maintain accurate parts inventory while minimizing obsolescence Organize and manage parts storage for maximum efficiency Track and manage inventory using dealership systems Monitor stock levels, emergency orders, and special orders Establish and maintain part locations and bin systems Assist with annual physical inventory and ongoing cycle counts Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Maintain documentation and ensure proper communication with accounting Track and manage aging inventory and obsolescence returns Support service and body shop teams with parts availability Shop Support & Custodial Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of the body shop, service areas, and common spaces Sweep floors, remove debris, and empty trash receptacles Assist technicians with spills and shop upkeep Remove scrap parts and manage core returns Wash shop vehicles as needed Run errands as directed by management Follow all safety procedures and use proper protective equipment What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (inventory systems experience a plus) Team player with a strong work ethic Ability to lift, move, and organize parts and materials Previous automotive, parts, or warehouse experience preferred (but not required) Why Join Modern Toyota Body Shop?
