Warehouse Inventory & Administrative Coordinator Cathtek Inc. Full-Time | 1st
Shift Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Job Description Cathtek Inc. is seeking a dependable and highly organized Warehouse Inventory & Administrative Coordinator to support warehouse operations, inventory control, component flow, production needs, and administrative tracking. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate and accessible physical inventory of components organized in a visual and predictable manner.

This position requires both hands-on warehouse work and heavy administrative responsibilities , including inventory documentation, data entry, reporting, transaction tracking, inventory cards, work order support, cycle count documentation, and communication with management, production, QC, and sourcing. Goal The addition of this role will assign direct responsibility for inventory management, component flow, warehouse organization, and inventory-related administrative tracking to one individual. This role will improve Cathtek's ability to maintain accurate inventory records, locate components quickly, support production demands, and ensure parts are properly documented, counted, moved, and stored. Requirements Physical ability to move and lift parts as needed Ability to drive a box truck Ability to operate a pallet jack and electric lift Ability to operate a forklift Ability to understand and use inventory systems Strong counting, math, and data-entry skills Ability to understand customer names, part numbers, work orders, inventory cards, and warehouse locations Strong administrative, organizational, and documentation skills Familiarity with inventory control techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to communicate clearly with production, QC, sourcing, and management Ability to maintain accurate records and follow-up on missing or incomplete information Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & Inventory Responsibilities Support interplant transport by working with material handling to move parts between facilities Unload incoming parts and materials at the dock, primarily at the Plaza facility Move parts from dock to assigned warehouse locations Work with QC to maintain quarantine until parts are released Add released parts to stock in the correct warehouse locations Oversee daily warehouse operations and component flow Move parts from warehouse to production as needed Pick parts as requested by production Maintain location accuracy and report discrepancies to the manager Perform weekly cycle counts on random inventory items and report findings to the Manager Monitor and report any issues with warehouse equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace Promote a positive and productive work environment Heavy Administrative Duties Maintain accurate inventory cards, logs, and inventory records Perform inventory transactions accurately and in a timely manner Enter, update, and verify inventory information in the inventory system Track part movement between warehouse, QC, production, and the Plaza facility Tie parts to work orders when required Review part numbers, quantities, locations, and customer information for accuracy Document cycle count results and report inventory variances Prepare inventory reports and updates for the sourcing manager and general manager Follow up on missing paperwork, incomplete transactions, or inventory discrepancies Maintain organized administrative files related to inventory, receiving, movement, QC release, and production support Assist with tracking materials released from QC quarantine into available stock Communicate inventory shortages, overages, damaged parts, or location issues to management Support production and QC by providing accurate inventory information as needed Help improve inventory processes, documentation, and warehouse tracking procedures Ensure paperwork and system records match physical inventory movement Assist with administrative coordination between Warehouse, Production, QC, Sourcing, and Management Conduct monthly inventory reviews and provide a complete inventory report to management by the 1st of each month Compensation $15.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience Job Type Full-time Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Schedule 8-hour shift 1st
