This role is responsible for coordinating material purchases, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products to support project schedules and company goals. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with vendors, project coordinators, estimators, and field personnel to support efficient operations while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and cost control. Why You Should Apply Monday-Friday schedule with flexible summer hours Family-oriented company with a supportive work culture Excellent growth opportunities to build your career and enhance your skills Competitive pay with top benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), paid time off and holidays, and more Responsibilities Purchasing and vendor coordination: Generate and manage purchase orders to ensure materials are available for purchase and project needs Work with estimators and project teams to procure materials for on-time project delivery Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines Maintain accurate inventory levels to support production and customer demand Conduct and assist with physical inventory counts Process returns for defective or excess materials Coordinate receipt of materials and ensure proper entry into the ERP system Serve as liaison with vendors, scheduling, warehouse, sales, and accounting teams Requirements Previous experience in purchasing, inventory control, or supply chain required Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Effective communication and collaboration skills Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency How to Apply email it to , fax it to 701-232-6666 with
