Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a dedicated Inventory Specialist to join their team. As an Inventory Specialist, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations team supporting inventory control and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proactive problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

  • 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday What's the Job?
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in inventory management systems Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, or overages Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure efficient product accessibility What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred) Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel Ability to perform basic math and data analysis What's in it for me?
